GENERAL TERMS
You will need to pay a 50% deposit when you place an order. For custom made goods and orders under $100 full payment is required at the time of order being placed.
Any custom made, custom cut or custom required products are non returnable. Material indented specifically for the Purchaser will not be accepted for return/credit.
Goods MUST BE COLLECTED/DELIVERED within 4 weeks of Luscombe Tiles receiving your complete order. Storage charges will apply after this time at $10 per day or by arrangement by management.
To co-ordinate delivery of your order, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice & all outstanding money must be paid in full at this time. We accept Cash, Eftpos, MasterCard, Visa, AMEX & Direct Debit for payment.
FIXING A PRODUCT CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRODUCT AND THESE CONDITIONS.
ALL TILES SHOULD BE CHECKED ON RECEIPT. THE ACT OF LAYING MEANS THE MATERIAL IS ACCEPTED FOR SHADE, QUALITY, TYPE AND SIZE. NO CLAIM WILL BE ACCEPTED ONCE TILES HAVE BEEN FIXED.
All tiles must be laid in accordance with recognized industry standards.
It is the fixer’s responsibility to lay the materials under control of the client or the clients agent, eg builder.
We give no guarantees other than those given by the manufacturer.
No responsibility can be accepted for crazing, cracking or chipping of tiles.
The Purchaser acknowledges that quantities estimated or quoted by our staff are only approximate and no responsibility will be accepted in this regard. The purchaser assumes all responsibility for ordering the correct quantity of goods and Luscombe Tiles shall in no way be responsible for any loss the purchaser may suffer due to ordering of an incorrect quantity of goods.
Although every effort will be made to provide the exact product for subsequent re-orders, identical shades, batches or price cannot be guaranteed.
Luscombe Tiles shall not be liable in any respect for advice provided herein regarding fixing, grouting, sealing, cleaning or maintenance.
Determining the suitability of our products for any intended use shall be solely the responsibility of the Purchaser.
Luscombe Tiles shall not be liable for any damage or breakage whatsoever occurring after delivery or for any loss incurred by the purchaser as a result of such damage or breakage.
Claims arising from transit damage or shortages MUST be made at time of delivery.
All goods are sold subject to their normal and natural colour variations and samples given or displayed in the showroom are to be considered indicative only, kiln fired products are inherent to variation in colour, shade & size.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Once an order has been placed and goods are received in store, a manufacturer’s handling charge will be applicable if changes are made to the order. 20% handing fee & freight applies to all changes – NO EXCEPTIONS.
Goods must be returned within 14 days from date of purchase & in a resaleable condition, packed in original packaging, with proof of purchase (sales invoice) & from current batches.
Goods for return must be a minimum of 2 full boxes – unopened, anything less will NOT be considered for return.
ALL CREDITS AND RETURNS ARE AT LUSCOMBE TILES DISCRETION AT ALL TIMES.
SALE ITEMS
All monies must be paid in full at time of ordering.
All goods must be collected/delivered within 4 weeks of receipt into our Warehouse. Storage fees to apply after this period of $10 per day or by arrangement with management.
Please refer to all other terms above during the sales period.
COLLECTION OF ORDERS
Please note that all collection of orders are from our Sunbury Warehouse – located at 51 Vineyard, Sunbury.
